Just across the street is the beautiful Yampa River Core Trail, bus stops are a couple of minutes away by foot. There are two grocery stores within a few minutes walk and right next door is a steakhouse and a ski/board/sports equipment retailer.
Steamboat Springs is a special place. The "Curse of the Yampa Valley" will keep you coming back.
