MONTHLY-SEASONAL RENTALS
 
The off-season monthly rental rate is:  $1100.00
This is for rentals during April/May/October/November.  Utilities (water, electric, gas, land phone and cable are included)

In-season (December-March  and May-September) a 10% discount is
offered for monthly renters off the already discounted weekly rate. 

CLEANING, TAXES and INFO

Cleaning fee of $50.00 applies for rentals of less than 5 nights; Sunday departures additional $25.00 cleaning fee.

Sales and Lodging tax of 9.4% additional;  3 night minimum required except for holiday periods.

Check-in: 4:00pm     Check-out: 1000am

This is a NON smoking and pet-free property.  

A refundable $250.00 reservation/security deposit is required upon booking. 
Payment terms:  50% due 60 days prior to arrival; 50% due 14 days prior to arrival.  
Major credit cards are accepted through www.paypal.com.
